Cancellation Policy

Our Savarnas Beauty Spa treatments are reserved especially for you.

We also understand that appointments may needneed to to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you must reschedule/cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours and more than 12 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the services booked.

During emergencies, please provide us with a minimum of 12hours notice for canceling or rescheduling the appointments. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged for the following conditions:

  • Late Arrival Policy- In order to respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late for the pre-booked service may shorten the length of the treatment. Please note that we reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to client lateness.

  • No-show Policy: If you do not cancel or reschedule the appointment before 24-hours and if you are a no-show without any notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you 100% of the booked service amount. (Please note the amount paid for an appointment is non-refundable if you are a no-show.)

Confirmation Calls:

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointment the day before you are scheduled. You will also receive a reminder email automatically regarding your appointment if you have provided us with your email address (If only the information provided while making an appointment is accurate). If we cannot reach you, please understand that your appointment is your responsibility. Please remember your service dates and appointments to avoid missed appointments and late arrivals. You are always welcome to call our appointment desk to confirm your appointments if you haven’t received our call or email

Service Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is our major priority. If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please tell us at the earliest so we can makeput it right.

All our service sales are final. AUnfortunately, any completed or incomplete appointments/sessions for packages, individual services, and services series are non-refundable.

Health & Safety Policy:

We give utmost importance to your comfort and safety. Please inform our specialists if you have any previous health history of allergies, disabilities, physical issues or are pregnant.

If you experience any discomfort during the treatment, please notify it immediately to your service provider.

Right to Refuse Policy:

Our spa staff has the authority to refuse service to anyone with a specific health condition, misbehaviorng or intoxicated.

Privacy Policy:

Savarnas Beauty Spa is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The information collected from the customers in our files will be used for the betterment of the services, We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose other than to remind you about your appointments and to send you occasional email about our latest updates or offers. Rest assured, we do not share your information with any other third party without your consent except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.

Kids Policy:

Savarnas Beauty Spa has strict No Children Policy. Due to safety considerations, children are not permitted in the spa. We wholeheartedly apologize for any inconvenience this causes our clients.

Our concerns are for the safety of your children. Our spa is filled with potentially dangerous items for young children such as scissors, chemicals, hot styling tools, etc. Besides, our spa focuses on tranquility and calm environment, which is fiercely opposed by children. Considering the comfort of our clients, we do not allow children in the spa unless they have an appointment. All children under 15 years, who have an appointment with us, must be accompanied by parents while availing our services.

Payment Policy:

Payment for goods and services is accepted through major credit and/or debit cards including VISA, PayPal, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your card will be directly charged after your order has been placed but the time taken for payment processing depends on your card supplier. We take no liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit or debit card supplier for any reason. We accept no liability for any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly as a result ofbecause of declined or refused payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to process payments.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates:

Gift Cards are available at Spa orSpa or online, for your chosen treatment or amount and are valid for ONE YEAR from date of purchase. Gift cards must be presented at the time of using services or while purchasing products. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or cannot be refunded. However, any treatments maycan be swapped with notice. or you can transfer gift cards to another party.

Groupon Policy:

  • All the Groupon appointments should be scheduled through our customer care phone line. You may call us at 757 446 0101 to schedule your appointment. 

  • Groupon cannot be combined with any othersother promotions or offers.

  • Groupon values do not include gratuities;gratuities, unfortunately no cash back on Groupon value. 

  • While using Groupon services, a customer can buy a particular service only once a year. The same service cannot be purchased in the same year. 

We respect our guests and staff's time, so we have implemented these policies to ensure that you receive the best services. We appreciate your understanding. 

While scheduling the appointment with us, you agree to all the above policies.

Products Refunds Policy:

Our primary focus is to provide the best to our customers. If you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased from us, you can return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly note all the saleservices are non-refundable; instead, they will be made as an STORE CREDITS only. The criteria for refunds are mentioned below:

  • Refunds will be accepted only if the reasons are genuine and are eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging and in pristine condition.

  • The products that are damaged due to neglect, wrong application, or improper usage will not be accepted to return. 

  • Refunds will be made as in-store credits only; customers can either buy other products or avail services equivalent to the price. If you choose a service/product with a higher cost, you may pay an extra amount and avail of it. 

  • Refunds will be approved by Savarnas staff members only after checking quantity of the product.

  • The original product receipt / tags intact with their original packaging, in an undamaged condition has to be produced to prove that the product was purchased within 30 days.
