Clean. Smells good. Friendly staff. Had Brazilian wax done by Sim. She’s very thorough. Would like it more if they didn’t try to sell you lots of different products, it’s annoying. Otherwise, good place to go for Brazilian waxing, better than other places I’ve tried.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a year now with Susan. She does a fantastic job every single time! She never takes off too much or leaves them thin. She has also guided me by telling me certain areas to leave alone so they can fill in more for a better shape. Thanks to Susan at sarvanas my brows have great shape and I’m thrilled with the results every time. I almost always walk right in making it so convenient. The salon is very clean and relaxing. Always a great experience!

In all the places I’ve lived, and needed eyebrow threading, Susan is the absolute best! My eyebrows always turn out symmetrical and beautiful! She once helped me regrow and reshape them after an eyebrow threading disaster I had at an out of town shop.

Anjum is my favorite! She's absolutely an expert in her job and I love it how she cares and always gives the best advices! This is my only place for threading!

The manager (I wish I remembered her name!) is the best. She does my eyebrows so well--not too thin or arched, etc. Still natural-looking but well-groomed. Everyone is nice but for sure ask for the manager to do your eyebrows. Another employee did mine one time and I wasn't too happy with the end product (they came out too pointy for my liking) but in my opinion, as long as you stick with the manager, your eyebrows will be right. Also, their eyebrow gel (I think it's around $18) is totally worth it. It holds my brows in place and isn't too sticky or watery. Whenever we move from Norfolk, I plan on buying a bunch to bring with me.

Kim was amazing. I had the Classic facial with the extraction add on and it was perfect. She focused on my face, neck, and chest. Massage was incorporated as well. It was so relaxing. I referred many people. Their prices are very reasonable. Most spas around here are VERY pricy for below average service. This salon was great and clean.

Anjum did my eye brows—first time since trying to find a place that did them well after moving (I’m pretty picky about who touches my eyebrows). SHE DID AWESOME. Quick, easy and fleeky. Def recommend.
