Right of the bat, the store is astoundingly clean and laid out really well! I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and I was blinded-sided by their super nice customer service. I had an awesome and personable conversation with Brooke and I'd recommend her a million times if I could. With COVID and all those kinds of procedures, be sure to schedule an appointment to make sure your wait time isn't too long. This place is my new go-to and it should be yours too!

| I really like this location. Imira is so nice and professional. She was able to do the threading,waxing and facial for me. I always select the Hampton location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is some sort of alarm just outside that you can hear from the treatment room that disturbs the otherwise peaceful experience. I recommend and will return. |
I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. I love their service and it’s always super clean. When you go there ask for Shagufta because she is absolutely awesome! Totally recommend!!!
Very Relaxing
Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and Simran took good care of me and we talked about skin care. Even though she was about to close she still took me and made me feel like a customer and not one that she rushed on just to get off work. Big Thanks
I travel 30 minutes to this location monthly to get my brows done by Anjum. She does an excellent job! I highly recommend her.

Shagufta is the best! Takes great care of my eyebrows and is consistently good. I have had some bad experiences with former threaders but never with Shagufta. The phone system is a bit annoying and making an appointment is difficult but hopefully that won't be required for long.

To say this was a phenomenal experience is an understatement. I’ve never had a facial before I came here and I’ll never go without it since! I purchased the year membership right after. This was absolutely phenomenal and I’ll DEFINITELY be back. (In fact, im already booked for my next appointment)

I was overwhelmed with peace and tranquillity The receptionist/(maybe) owner was very polite and professional and the actual young lady that did my eyebrows was very gentle and soft spoken, and her unique way of threading is outstanding. I would truly recommend this place. I’ll be back soon. Thank you kindly.
