They do an amazing job on threading eyebrows from my experience, and the customer service is great!
I have been in VA for the past two years and have searched relentlessly for a decent place to get my eyebrows threaded and I have finally found it. I went to the location in Hampton and they did a wonderful job. The associate was polite and efficient. The store itself is visually pleasing and overall a great atmosphere.

Loved my lashes, but not AT ALL worth the price. they are very lovely, but you CAN find more affordable elsewhere. with the groupon though, the price is reasonable. and getting the membership, will eventually save you money. overall, the service was great. they are very friendly, and they offer so many services. However they do "upsize". so if your one to not be able to say "no", good luck!

It was refreshing to get a facial here. They were genuinely concerned about my face an willing to make recommendations. My only suggestion is the room an bed was too cold.
