Great service, ladies were really nice. Groupon instructions are wrong, you have to call and make an appointment over the phone and give them the redemption number. Otherwise, it charges full price from the spa itself on top of the Groupon.

Finally found an eyebrow threading place in Norfolk that's really worth it! I recommend this place on Anjum alone - she's great and keeps my eyebrows looking natural with low pain. I'm taking a star off only because walk in wait time is quite long, especially when Anjum is working. Also, if you have an appointment, then things are fine but if you plan on just popping in, be prepared to wait! Finally, don't show up right when they are listed to open - it's likely they're still closed or just walking in so it'll take a while for them to see you anyway.

Kim is the best wax lady I have ever had. She is fast, sweet and understanding! My eyebrows were threaded by Anjul and she is also is fast and sweet!
I've been using the threading services with Sarvarnas for nearly 9 years. I've been to the Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton and Va. Beach locations. Overall I've been pleased with the service and results but Susan at the Laskin Road is the best. I had been once and a different young lady made my brows too thin. It took about 3 months before I could go back. From that time on, I only go when Susan is there!! She listens, does a little bit, asks for feedback along the way. I've also seen Kim for a facial and it was the best. Thank you ladies! Looking forward scheduling my next appointment.
